Return & Exchange Policy

At House of Gita, we strive to ensure that every piece you receive meets our quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers may exchange products for a different size of the same style, where available.

Return Policy

As most of our products are carefully crafted and produced in limited quantities, we currently offer:

  • Store Credit or Exchange for eligible returns.
  • Refunds are only provided in cases where:
    • The product received is damaged.
    • The wrong item has been delivered.
    • The product has a manufacturing defect.

All return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
  • Items returned without original tags and packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Share your order number along with clear photos and an unboxing video.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide a resolution.

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
  • The replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item passes quality inspection.

Store Credit

Where applicable, store credit will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Store credit can be used for future purchases on House of Gita.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
